All Westermo products are warranted against defects in design, materials or workmanship for a time period of five (5) years. 5 year warranty is valid for all products sold after 2012-01-30. For more information please see General Conditions of Sale.

Follow these simple steps to get your product repaired
1. RMA request
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the requested products and we will get back to you with a RMA number and further instructions.
2. Send your product
Label each box with the RMA number you have been assigned and ship unit.
When a unit is received by Westermo, a confirmatory e-mail will be sent to you.
4. Customer acceptance
If the product is covered by the Westermo Warranty, repair will start without further notice. If any additional cost arises Westermo will send an updated order confirmation listing the charges. Repair will only start upon your approval.
When a unit has been repaired, Westermo will return the unit next available shipping day.
