You can request a Customer Repair Order (CRO) number from Westermo by filling in the following form. Once we have received and confirmed your request, you will be assigned a CRO number and the unit can be shipped to Westermo for repair. Please note that the form is intended for one product request. If you wish to send several products for repair, please make one submission per product.

Please contact technical support for an RMA reference code before you submit this form, otherwise your request will not be handled.

Shipping costs is paid for by the sender. Repaired products will be returned at Westermo's expense. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we will assume that the product was received in good condition.
